Fee Structure
First Hedge Capital Management offers asset management services for a fee based on the value of your portfolio.
Separately Managed Accounts: The annual fee is 2.00% of your portfolio. Performance-based fee accounts are available to qualified clients, with a performance fee of up to 10% on investment returns exceeding an annualized 0% rate.
Sub-advisory Accounts:
- Clients with under $250,000: 1.50% per year
- Clients with between $250,000 and $1,000,000: 1.0% per year
- Clients with over $1,000,000: 0.75% per year
First Hedge Pooled Investment Vehicle LLC (the Fund): The annual fee is 3.00% of your portfolio.
These fees do not include brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and other related costs and expenses. The fees are deducted daily by the custodian.
