Cintrifuse Fund Management advises private investment funds, identifying venture capital funds and startup companies for investment. The goal is to achieve financial returns, expose corporations to innovation, and increase venture capital activity in the Greater Cincinnati region. Cintrifuse Capital serves as the investment advisor to Cintrifuse Syndicate Fund I, LLC, Cintrifuse Syndicate Fund II, LLC, and Cintrifuse Fund III R1, LLC, Cintrifuse Fund III N1, LLC, and Cintrifuse Fund III R2, LLC.
Fee Structure
Cintrifuse Capital receives a management fee and a carried interest for providing investment advisory services to the Funds. The management fee is initially based on the limited partners’ capital commitments during the commitment period. After that, the management fee is based on the net asset value reported for each outstanding investment. For Fund III, Cintrifuse receives a budget-based management fee not to exceed a maximum % of the assets under management across our three Funds.
