Fee Structure
Disciplined Alpha manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (Private Funds) and ETFs. The fees for Private Funds are 1% per year of the assets if the fund is under $150 million. Once the fund exceeds $150 million, the fee increases to 1.5% per year. There is also a performance fee of 20% of net gains/losses. Fees for separately managed accounts (SMAs) vary and are detailed in the investment management agreements. The ETF charges an advisory fee based on a percentage of the average daily net assets.
