Clearlake Capital Asset Management (CCAM) provides investment advice to collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), a private fund, and institutional accounts. CCAM invests primarily in senior secured bank loans and CLO tranches, using fundamental and technical analysis. CCAM's goal is to preserve capital, diversify investments, and generate above-average income. CCAM also provides mid- and back-office services to Trinitas Capital Management (TCM).
CCAM manages investments for CLOs, a private fund, and institutional accounts.
For CLOs, CCAM receives management fees and may also receive performance-based compensation. The management fees are up to approximately 0.50% annually of the defined asset value.
For the private fund, CCAM receives a quarterly management fee based on a percentage of the daily average of the fund's invested capital and may also receive performance-based compensation.
For institutional accounts, CCAM's investment management fees are negotiated with each client, typically ranging from 0.25% to 1.00% annually. CCAM may also collect performance fees.
