Fee Structure
Plus Capital primarily manages investments for private funds. As compensation, Plus Capital receives a management fee based on the value of the fund's assets, ranging from 0.0% to 2.5% per year. Plus Capital may also receive a performance-based carried interest from each fund, ranging from 0% to 20% of the net profits. Plus Capital also provides non-discretionary investment advice to certain qualifying individual clients, and may be entitled to a percentage of net profits distributed to such clients derived from investments on which Plus Capital has advised.
