Hastings Equity Partners provides investment advice to private investment funds and co-investment vehicles. Hastings identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, structures investments, manages performance, and disposes of investments. Hastings does not tailor its advisory services to individual investors in the funds, nor does it accept investor-imposed investment restrictions.
Fee Structure
Hastings Equity Partners provides investment management services to private investment funds. Hastings charges an annual management fee to the funds equal to 2% of aggregate commitments during the investment period, which declines to 1.5% of invested capital thereafter. Certain affiliated limited partners and the Co-Investment Vehicle are not charged a management fee or performance allocation by Hastings.
