FSGA identifies and evaluates potential investments based on the investment objectives and policies of its clients. The firm's services include monitoring investments and using security analysis methodologies. FSGA may enter into sub-advisory arrangements with other registered investment advisors.
Fee Structure
FS Global Advisor determines fees on a client-by-client basis through negotiation. Fees are deducted from discretionary client assets or billed directly to clients receiving non-discretionary advisory services. For sub-advisory services to FS MVP Private Markets Fund, FSGA is paid a quarterly fee of 0.3125% (1.25% annually) of the account's managed investments.
