Gladstone Capital Management provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles (Funds) and separate accounts. Gladstone does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the Funds and does not accept Fund Investors imposed investment restrictions. Gladstone may establish separately managed accounts for particular investors. These accounts are subject to investment objectives, guidelines, restrictions, fee arrangements, and other terms that are individually negotiated. These account relationships generally involve significant account minimums.
Fee Structure
Gladstone manages investments for pooled investment funds and separate accounts.
For the Funds, the management fee is 1.00%-1.50% of the net asset value of the relevant share class, calculated and paid monthly. There is also an incentive fee of 17.5% - 30% of net realized and unrealized gains annually or biennially, subject to a high-water mark.
Fees for separate accounts are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and typically include both an asset-based and performance-based component. These fees may be less than those charged to the Funds.
