Waterfront Capital Partners provides investment management services to privately offered pooled investment vehicles. Waterfront focuses on investments in publicly traded equity securities with select credit and derivative exposures in the real estate, consumer, and industrials sectors. Waterfront does not provide investment advice directly to individual investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
Waterfront Capital Partners manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and charges a fixed management fee quarterly in advance. The management fee is 1.5% per year of the net assets of the Flagship Fund and the Enhanced Fund. The management fee is 0.75% per year of the net assets of each Founders’ Series capital account of the Select Fund, 1.0% per year of the net assets of each Series A capital account of the Select Fund, 1.0% per year of the net assets each Founders’ Series capital account and each Founders’ Hurdle Series capital account of the Credit Fund, and 1.5% per year of the net assets of each Series A capital account and each Series A Hurdle capital account of the Credit Fund.
