Fee Structure
RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA) provides investment management services to the private fund Sego Echelon, LLC. RFA may receive an acquisition fee ranging from 0.25% to 1.50% of the acquisition price of an investment. In addition, RFA will receive an asset management fee ranging from approximately 3% to 7% of the net operating income generated by the fund’s underlying investments.
