Cavalry Management Group manages investments primarily in publicly traded equity securities of technology-related companies for private funds and a proprietary account. Cavalry has broad investment authority and may use various investment strategies, including long, short, and derivative positions. Cavalry does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the funds and does not accept investor-imposed investment restrictions.
Fee Structure
Cavalry generally charges an annual management fee of up to 1.5% of the value of the investments, paid quarterly in advance. Some clients may be charged a higher management fee as agreed. Cavalry may also receive a performance-based fee of 20% of net profits. Fee arrangements for the proprietary account and sub-advisory clients are negotiated separately.
