Standard Partners provides investment management services on a discretionary basis, primarily to a private fund (Standard Value LP) and certain individuals and businesses. Standard seeks long-term growth by investing in undervalued U.S. equities. They look for profitable, well-managed companies trading below their estimated intrinsic value. Standard can accommodate some client-specific investment guidelines within managed accounts.
Standard Partners manages investments for clients through managed accounts. Clients may pay either a management fee or a performance-based fee, depending on eligibility.
For those who don't meet the 'Qualified Client' standard, the management fee is 1% of the portfolio per year, charged quarterly. For those who do meet the 'Qualified Client' standard, the fee is 25% of profits above a 6% hurdle rate each year. Standard Partners' fees are not negotiable, but they may be reduced or eliminated at the firm's discretion for certain clients.
