Oak Mountain Advisors, founded in 2012, manages investments for the Oak Mountain Fund and separately managed accounts. Oak Mountain's investment approach is based on economic fundamentals and company research, aiming for superior risk-adjusted returns. They may invest in a small number of securities, resulting in concentrated positions, and use hedging strategies to manage risk. Oak Mountain tailors its advisory services to the needs of the Clients, including the Fund, but Oak Mountain does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the Fund.
Fee Structure
Oak Mountain Advisors manages investments for a fund and separately managed accounts. The fund pays a monthly management fee of 0.833% of each investor’s capital account balance. For separately managed accounts, fees are negotiable and based on a percentage of assets under management.
