DT Investments I LLC offers ongoing portfolio management services tailored to each client's goals, objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance. DT Investments I LLC creates an Investment Policy Statement for each client to help select a suitable portfolio. DT Investments I LLC generally limits its investment advice to mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETFs, REITs, private placements, and government securities. DT Investments I LLC does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
DT Investments I LLC offers investment management services where fees are negotiable and range from 0.25% to 1.00% of the value of your portfolio annually. The final fee schedule is in the Investment Advisory Contract. Fees are invoiced and billed directly to be paid by check or wire transfer and are paid quarterly. DT Investments I LLC may also provide consulting or advisory services on a fixed-fee basis up to $250,000, which is also negotiable.
