Synergy manages the Funds with a focus on generating high risk-adjusted returns with low correlation to market directionality.
Fee Structure
Synergy Fund Management Group manages investments for pooled investment funds and separately managed accounts.
The annual management fee for the Funds ranges up to 1.25% of the fund's net asset value, payable monthly. The Funds also pay for organizational expenses and costs related to investments.
Management fees for separately managed accounts are agreed upon with each client in the Investment Management Agreement. Clients with separately managed accounts will also incur investment expenses related to trading, including custodial fees, brokerage commissions, and other transaction costs.
