HGI Capital serves as an investment manager, making investment decisions for privately offered investment vehicles and separate accounts. HGI Capital primarily invests in publicly traded or otherwise liquid securities of or relating to the real estate industry. HGI Capital manages assets on a discretionary basis. HGI Capital's clients may include high net worth individuals, sovereign investors, family offices, and other institutional investors.
Fee Structure
HGI Capital generally charges clients an asset-based advisory fee and a performance-based fee. The annual management fee for the Funds is approximately 1.25% of the value of an investor’s investment in the Fund, paid quarterly. HGI Capital does not charge certain Separate Account Clients a Management Fee; however, it is entitled to Performance Allocations.
