Capital Impact believes entrepreneurial companies outperform established corporations. They look for markers of entrepreneurial behavior and vision. Investments are held at a custodian, not by Capital Impact. They serve as the investment advisor to the ERShares Private-Public Crossover ETF.
Fee Structure
Capital Impact Advisors charges a percentage of the market value of the assets they manage. The fees are based on an annual percentage rate applied to the market value of the portfolio on a quarterly or monthly basis. For the ERShares Private-Public Crossover ETF, the management fee is 0.75% of the fund's assets per year. Separately managed account fees are agreed upon with the client.
