I Squared Capital Advisors (ISQ) is an asset management firm focusing on global infrastructure investments. ISQ provides investment advisory services to privately offered pooled investment vehicles. ISQ identifies investment opportunities, participates in structuring and negotiating potential investments, monitors investments, and provides managerial and administrative services for the Funds. ISQ does not generally tailor its investment advisory services to the needs of individual investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
I Squared Capital Advisors (ISQ) does not directly manage investments for individual investors. ISQ provides investment advisory services to privately offered pooled investment vehicles. ISQ is compensated for its investment advisory services to each of the Funds by a management fee based on a percentage of committed capital during the Funds’ respective investment periods and thereafter by a management fee based on a percentage of actively invested capital.
