Black Maple Capital Management provides investment management services to private investment funds and separately managed accounts. Black Maple's investment approach includes dynamically allocating capital to attractive investment opportunities, using fundamental analysis augmented with quantitative, macro, and/or technical analysis. Black Maple also co-manages the PL Capital / Black Maple Financial Fund, L.P. with PL Capital Advisors, LLC.
Fee Structure
Black Maple typically charges separately managed account clients a management fee ranging from 0.0% to 2.00% per year, charged monthly based on the market value of the account. Fees are negotiable depending on account size and service requirements. Black Maple may also be entitled to a performance-based incentive allocation with qualified purchasers.
