Altamira Capital Management manages the Altamira Prima Fund, LP. There are two classes of partnership interests with different management fees and incentive allocations:
- Class A Limited Partnership Interests (purchased after December 31, 2014): A quarterly management fee equal to 0.5% (approximately 2.0% annually) of the Net Asset Value of each limited partner’s capital account, and an incentive allocation equal to 20% of the Net New Appreciation.
- Founding Limited Partnership Interests (purchased on or prior to December 31, 2014): A quarterly management fee equal to 0.25% (approximately 1.0% annually) of the Net Asset Value of each limited partner’s capital account, and an incentive allocation equal to 15% of the Net New Appreciation.
