Fee Structure
Bengal Asset Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (funds) and managed accounts.
For the funds, investors are charged a pro rata share of the management fee, generally equal to 2.0% per year of the fund's net assets. Bengal also has the potential to earn a performance-based fee equal to 20% of the appreciation on the net asset value of the fund.
For managed accounts, Bengal generally receives management fees and performance fees that are subject to negotiation and may vary from those paid by the funds.
