ACME provides investment advice and manages investments for private investment vehicles (Funds) focused on emerging technology companies. ACME investigates, identifies, and evaluates investment opportunities, structures and negotiates investments, manages and monitors performance, and disposes of investments. ACME may offer co-investment opportunities to existing investors, employees, and outside parties. ACME does not provide individualized advice to investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
ACME is compensated through asset-based management fees calculated as a percentage of each investor’s capital commitment or the cost basis of investments owned by the Fund, payable quarterly in advance. The management fee rate is generally between 0% and 2.5% per year. Advisory Affiliates may also receive performance-based profit distributions.
