Cruiser Capital may form special purpose vehicles to invest in specific themes or securities. Cruiser Capital may also provide research services to other firms. The firm does not tailor advisory services to individual investors in the funds but does tailor services to separately managed account clients.
Fee Structure
Cruiser Capital manages investments for pooled investment funds and separately managed accounts.
For separately managed accounts, the management fee ranges from 0% to 2% of the account's net asset value. Cruiser Capital also receives an incentive allocation, ranging from 15% to 20% of the net increase in the account's value over a specific period, subject to certain performance benchmarks.
