Fee Structure
Sivik Global Healthcare manages investments for private investment funds. Investors in the Onshore Fund pay an annual management fee of 1.5% (or 1% for capital contributions made before April 1, 2008) of their capital account balance, paid quarterly in advance. Investors also pay a performance allocation equal to 20% of any net profits. Investors in the Offshore Fund pay an annual management fee of 1.5% (Sub-Class 2 Shares) or 1.25% (Sub-Class 1 Shares) of the net asset value of their shares, paid quarterly in advance, and a performance allocation equal to 20% of any net profits. These fees may be lowered or waived for certain investors, such as significant investors and employees of Sivik.
