CMIP identifies, evaluates, and monitors potential investment opportunities, provides reports and analyses, and advises the general partner and trustees of the private funds. CMIP does not provide investment advice to the underlying investors of the private funds.
Fee Structure
CM Investment Partners is compensated through management fees and incentive fees based on the performance of the private funds they advise. Management fees are based on the value of the fund's net assets, and incentive fees are based on pre-incentive fee net investment income and capital gains. Other non-management fees, such as custodian and transaction fees, may also apply. Fees are generally not negotiable, but may be waived or deferred at the discretion of the general partner or trustees.
