KAM focuses on a concentrated, value-oriented investment approach within the healthcare sector. KAM is responsible for setting and implementing the Funds’ investment strategy, evaluating investments, and making all investment decisions. KAM does not provide tailored investment advice to individual investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
Krensavage Asset Management (KAM) manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (the Funds). KAM receives a quarterly management fee equal to 0.5% (2.0% per year) of each Fund’s net asset value, calculated and payable quarterly in advance. KAM may waive or reduce management fees for certain investors at its discretion.
