Sandbridge Investment Management provides investment management services on a discretionary basis to privately offered pooled investment vehicles. Sandbridge primarily invests in equity and preferred equity interests in private companies providing goods and services to consumers. Sandbridge's investment advice is not limited to certain types of investments. Fund investors cannot obtain services tailored to their individual specific needs.
Fee Structure
Sandbridge Investment Management manages investments for pooled investment funds and charges a management fee equal to 2.0% per year of aggregate limited partner capital commitments during the investment period. After the investment period, the fee is 2.0% per year of the unrecovered capital contributions. The management fee is paid quarterly. Sandbridge may also receive carried interest distributions equal to 20% of net profits from the disposition of investments, after a return of capital and a preferred return of 8% per year to investors.
