For the Lake Geneva Fund, the management fee is 1.50% per year. For the Long Only Fund, the management fee is 1.00% per year. The Growth Equity Fund I and Growth Equity Fund II each have a 1.00% per year management fee. Growth Equity Fund III and Growth Equity Fund IV do not pay a management fee.
During the Enterprise Software Fund’s investment period, the management fee is 2.00% per year. During the Andina Fund’s investment period, the management fee is either 1.50% or 2.00% per year depending on whether the investor is an advisory client of the sub-adviser.
For separate accounts, the annual investment management fee ranges from 0.31% to 0.85% per year.
