Red Cliff serves as the Investment Manager to Red Cliff Asia (Master) Fund and Red Cliff Asia Fund. Red Cliff has full discretionary management authority over the investment activities of the Funds.
Fee Structure
Red Cliff charges both asset-based and performance-based fees. The annual management fee is 1.25% - 2% of the assets they manage. This fee is deducted directly from the client's account and is generally paid monthly based on the end market value of the assets in the account as of the end of each month. They also receive performance-based fees equal to 10% - 20% of the assets they manage above certain benchmarks.
