Sabal Investment Advisors (SIA) and Sabal Investment Holdings (SIH) manage investments primarily in commercial real estate credit and equity for privately offered investment vehicles (Funds) and separately managed accounts. SIA and SIH seek to capitalize on opportunities in the small- and mid-balance commercial real estate market, focusing on senior secured loans and debt investments backed by commercial real estate, especially workforce and affordable multifamily properties. The firm may add to, change, or modify its investment strategies at any time in its sole discretion.
Sabal Investment Advisors manages investments for Funds and Managed Accounts.
For Managed Accounts, the advisory fee is based on a percentage of assets under management and is negotiated on a case-by-case basis. The fee is generally payable quarterly in advance. The Managed Account client may also incur certain operating expenses, which will be set forth in such client’s Governing Documents. The current SMA does not pay a separate advisory fee as it is currently invested in one of the Funds and is charged its pro rata share of the Management Fee that is paid by the Fund in which it is invested.
