Àshe Capital Management provides investment management services to Àshe Capital Partners, LP, a related investment fund. Àshe manages the fund's assets, sets investment objectives, and provides reports to investors in the fund. Àshe may also manage additional investment funds in the future. Àshe does not provide investment advice directly to individual investors in the fund.
Fee Structure
Àshe Capital Management's compensation comes from managing the investments of a related investment fund. They charge an annual asset-based management fee, and an incentive allocation based on the fund's performance. The management fee is no more than 1.5% per year of the investor's investment in the fund. The incentive allocation is no more than 15% of the fund's performance for the year, subject to a high-water mark.
