Fee Structure
Shellback Capital manages investments for private pooled investment funds. They charge a quarterly management fee based on a percentage of each investor's capital account, which translates to an annual fee of 1.25% to 1.75%, depending on the class of interests. They also charge an incentive fee at the end of each fiscal year, equal to 17.5% or 20% of the net appreciation in the value of an investor's shares, depending on the class of interests.
