TerraCap manages the business, investments, and finances of the funds, identifying and analyzing potential investments, and monitoring financing, development, operations, and liquidation.
Fee Structure
TerraCap Management manages pooled investment vehicles. They collect a management fee of 1.5% per year calculated against the fund's aggregate invested capital under management during the fund's investment period. For TerraCap Partner VI, they collect 1.5% per year calculated against the fund's aggregate committed capital under management during the investment period and 1.5% per year on invested capital thereafter. The management fee is payable quarterly in advance. Performance and management fees may vary depending upon investor, strategy, and fund structure. Investment management and performance fees may be negotiable depending on product types.
