Fee Structure
Bin Yuan Capital generally receives a management fee based on a percentage of the value of your portfolio, and a performance fee based on how much your investments increase in value. Fees are deducted from client assets monthly, and performance fees are paid in arrears. The firm may waive fees at its discretion. Bin Yuan and its personnel may invest in the Fund and are not subject to management fees or performance-based fees with respect to their investments therein.
