DLD Asset Management provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles, including its own privately offered funds, and to other private funds where DLD acts as a sub-advisor. DLD makes day-to-day investment and trading decisions, primarily in global equity and credit securities markets. DLD does not provide investment management services to the underlying investors in any fund.
DLD Asset Management does not charge a management fee to investors in its own funds. Instead, investors pay certain operating expenses of DLD. For sub-advised funds, the management fee is calculated based on average daily assets and is generally at an annual rate of 0% to 1.0%. DLD also receives an incentive allocation equal to a percentage of the net income of each sub-advised fund, generally between 10% and 50%.
