Fee Structure
Elion Partners manages private investment funds and charges an investment management fee. The fee is a percentage of either invested capital, funded capital commitments, or net asset value, depending on the specific fund. The annual percentage ranges from 0.35% to 2.0%. The management fee is not negotiable after the fundraising period. Elion may waive the fee for certain investors. The fee is payable regardless of the fund's success.
