Whitehaven Asset Management provides investment advice to private investment funds intended for institutional and sophisticated investors. Whitehaven has broad investment authority and provides services based on each client's specific investment objectives and strategies. Whitehaven does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
Whitehaven Asset Management charges an investment management fee based on the value of the client's assets under management. The management fee is up to 1.75% annually, charged quarterly in advance. Clients also pay a performance fee of up to 20% of income, gains, and losses from investments. The firm may waive or modify fees for members, employees, affiliates, relatives, and certain large or strategic investors.
