Fee Structure
Birchview Capital's fees are negotiable and vary among clients. The annual management fee is generally 1.5% of each investor's capital account, paid quarterly. For separately managed accounts, fees may be comparable but are subject to negotiation. Birchview also receives an incentive allocation of 10% to 20% of net income allocated to each investor above a high water mark.
