Fee Structure
Bird Capital Group manages accounts for qualified clients only, typically with a minimum account value of $5,000,000. The firm charges a negotiated base fee, generally 1.5% of the assets they manage, and a performance-based fee, generally 20% of the net profits above a negotiated annual hurdle rate. The hurdle rate is typically the 1.5% base fee plus the interest rate on T-Bills. Performance-based fees are subject to a high water mark.
