Khrom Capital provides investment advice and manages a private investment fund. The fund employs a fundamental value strategy, investing primarily in stocks of companies Khrom Capital believes offer above-average returns. To a lesser extent, the fund may invest in investment-grade bonds, U.S. government securities, or money market instruments. Khrom Capital does not provide individualized advice to the investors in the private fund.
Fee Structure
Khrom Capital manages investments for a private fund and charges an annual management fee of 1.0%, charged monthly in advance. Reduced or no management and performance-based fees are charged to Khrom Capital, its affiliates, current and former employees and their family members, and current and former consultants.
