Red Cedar Investment Management provides investment management to institutional clients, including pension and retirement plans, registered investment companies, corporations, and foundations. Red Cedar manages client portfolios based on investment objectives and restrictions outlined in each client's investment advisory agreement and Investment Policy Statement. Red Cedar uses a valuation-based asset allocation model implemented through ETFs, mutual funds, exchange-traded equity securities, and fixed income securities. Red Cedar also engages third-party managers to sub-advise a portion of client assets.
Red Cedar charges a fee based on a percentage of the value of the client's account. The specific percentage varies depending on the composite and the amount of assets. For example, the standard fee schedule for institutional clients is 0.45% annually for assets $25,000,000 and below, 0.40% for assets between $25,000,001 and $50,000,000, and 0.35% for assets $50,000,001 and greater. Fees are negotiable at Red Cedar's discretion.
