Pretium Residential Credit Management (PRCM) focuses on real estate, mortgage finance, corporate and structured credit, and specialty finance. PRCM provides investment advice to various funds and separately managed accounts that invest in the U.S. residential housing credit market, including non-performing, re-performing, and sub-performing mortgage loans and residential real property. PRCM does not tailor its advice to the individual needs of any investor in the Funds.
Fee Structure
Pretium Residential Credit Management manages investments for funds and separately managed accounts. They charge an annual management fee, typically between 0.75% and 2% of committed or invested capital. Additionally, an affiliate may receive a performance-based allocation of profits, ranging from 10% to 20%. These fees are negotiated individually with separately managed account investors.
