Latticework Capital provides investment management services to a pooled investment vehicle, Latticework Investors, LP, and a small number of separately managed accounts. The firm invests in various securities, aiming for capital appreciation by focusing on undervalued stocks, mainly in the US market. Latticework Capital may use options and negatively correlated investments to manage risk. Clients, except those with separate accounts, invest in the pooled investment vehicle and cannot impose investment restrictions.
Fee Structure
Latticework Capital manages investments for a pooled investment vehicle, Latticework Investors, LP. The management fee is 1% annually, calculated monthly on the value of the investments. This fee is paid quarterly from the investors' accounts. In addition, Latticework Capital receives a performance allocation of 20% of returns above a 5.12% annual hurdle rate.
For separate accounts, Latticework Capital charges a performance fee of 25% of the returns above a 6% annual hurdle rate. The firm reserves the right to negotiate and change the fee ratio and hurdle rate in the future.
