Fee Structure
Five Point Infrastructure provides investment management services to private funds, not directly to individuals. The firm receives compensation from these funds based on a percentage of assets under management and carried interest distributions. The management fee generally varies between 1.7% and 2% of committed capital or the cost of investments per year, charged quarterly in advance. Some investors may pay lower fees. Five Point may also receive a carried interest or other performance-based allocation from the Funds.
