Orkila Management, LLC (OM) is a growth equity investment firm that provides discretionary investment advisory services to private investment vehicles (Funds). These Funds invest in growth-stage companies, primarily in the media, entertainment, sports, and premium consumer brand industries. OM does not tailor its services to individual investors within the Funds, and investors should ensure the Funds' objectives align with their own.
Fee Structure
Orkila Management does not directly manage investments for individual investors. It manages pooled investment vehicles (Funds). The Funds pay OM a management fee, generally 2% annually of the aggregate commitments until the end of the investment period (5 years after the initial closing date). After the investment period, the fee is 2% of the aggregate amount invested in portfolio companies, reduced by any written-down investments. The management fee may be reduced or waived for investments by OM's affiliates or other investors. The pooled investment vehicles that operate as co-investment vehicles may not be subject to a Management Fee.
