ERS also provides investment advice to other registered investment advisors (RIAs) for use with their clients. ERS constructs portfolios based on the funds available to the Plan on the recordkeeping or custodial system and is not responsible for advising on the funds available within the Plan unless ERS has been retained by the Plan Sponsor to provide Discretionary Fiduciary Services.
