CSS Capital Advisory offers asset management services tailored to each client's investment goals, objectives, and risk tolerance. CSS will meet with you to discuss your financial situation and present a recommended portfolio allocation. With your approval, CSS will implement and continuously manage your account, making changes as needed. CSS may invest in various securities and funds, including alternative investments and emerging market securities.
Fee Structure
CSS Capital Advisory's fees are negotiable and will not exceed 2.00% annually. The fee is calculated quarterly based on the average month-end account value. CSS may impose a minimum quarterly fee of $500 for small non-discretionary accounts or a minimum annual fee of $3,000 for small discretionary accounts, or negotiate a flat fee. Fees are paid quarterly in arrears.
