Impax Asset Management focuses on investments that benefit from the shift to a more sustainable global economy. Impax offers investment solutions to pooled investment vehicles, professional clients, and institutional investors. Impax uses environmental, social, and governance (ESG) analysis as part of its investment process. Impax does not market or provide investment services directly to individuals but advises the accounts of individuals through the Wrap Fee Program.
Fee Structure
Impax Asset Management manages investments for institutional clients and pooled investment vehicles. Impax also manages certain wrap fee accounts of one or more wrap fee programs sponsored by unaffiliated brokers or other financial institutions. Impax's fees and services for managing the wrap accounts are set forth in Impax's agreement with the Program Sponsor. As compensation, Impax receives a portion of the fee the Program Sponsor charges the wrap fee client.
