RAYS Capital Partners provides portfolio management services, including discretionary management and monitoring of investments, to investment funds and separately managed accounts. RAYS primarily focuses on investments in various kinds of assets and securities in various Asian markets and any other markets that may fit within the objectives and strategies described in the offering documents of respective investment fund or investment mandate of respective individual client.
Fee Structure
RAYS Capital Partners manages private investment companies and receives management fees up to 2.0% per year of the net asset value of the funds. The fees are accrued monthly and calculated based on the net asset value of the fund as of certain valuation dates and payable monthly in arrears. If RAYS provides direct investment advisory services for accredited investors and qualified clients that are US Persons on a discretionary basis, the actual fees and minimum account sizes may be negotiated.
