Endurance also receives a performance allocation equal to 17.5% of net profits. A Fund may offer a “Founders Class” of interests before that Fund launches and for a limited time after launch. Investors in a Founders Class will typically bear a lower asset-based fee and performance allocation than the fees described above. Endurance may also waive fees and performance allocations for certain investors, such as employees and family members.
